Mr Victor has served with dedication and sincerity in different departments capacities like Section Officer, Under Secretary IT, Deputy Secretary(Higher Education), Additional Collector, Joint Commissioner SSPA, Director ICDS, District Development Officer, Gandhinagar, Collector Gandhinagar, Managing Director GLPC, Joint Secretary and Appellate Authority.
He has a rich experience of around 32 plus years with the Government of Gujarat. He has made noteworthy & considerable positive changes in the administration and spearheaded the Citizen-Centric services and fast paced several projects in different departments. He has previously also served the Central government as a Customs officer for four years with Customs & Central Excise department, Department of Revenue under the Ministry of Finance, Government of India. He has served the State/Central government for more than 36 years.

Dr. D J Pandian is the former Vice President and Chief Investment Officer at Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank. Dr. Pandian has an extensive career spanning 30 years with the Indian Administrative Services, holding key positions at the State, National, and International levels. During his career, he has served in the Government of Gujarat in various capacities. Dr. Pandian established the Gujarat Energy Research and Management Institute and has served as chairman, director and trustee with a number of state-owned enterprises.

Serving as a teacher of Business Communication and Presentation Skills at LDRP-ITR (Kadi University, Gandhinagar), she holds the titles of NLP Practitioner and Life Coach.

Mr. George Joseph did his schooling from St. Xavier's High School, Mirzapur, Ahmedabad. He completed B.Com from H.A.College of Commerce, Ahmedabad and PGDHRM from Nirma University, Ahmedabad. He is currently working as Chief Manager with State Bank of India at Vadodara. He also represented State Bank of India Gujarat at All India Cricket and Basketball competition.

A passionate journalist, began his career at the English daily, the Indian Express after completing a post-graduate degree in journalism from Poona University. He is also a skilled cartoonist, having drawn over 3000 cartoons for the daily Newspaper, Naya Padkar in Anand. In addition to this Macwan served as a writer and columnist for the same publication, contributing to columns such as “Aoganis mo Adyaya” and “Hello Jindagi” and editing its seven city pages.
His professional journey includes roles as the Registrar at Anand Agricultural University and Kamdhenu University in Gandhinagar. Macwan briefly held the position of Vice-Chancellor at Anand Agricultural University. Known as V P Macwan in university circles, he is now retired, leaving a legacy of significant contributions to journalism and academia.
