Instructions for Application to UPSC (Year-2024-25)
1. This institution is administered by Catholic Church.
2. The students from economically backward regions will be given first priority for admission.
3. The primary motto of this institute is holistic development of the students and they may fulfill their responsibility towards their family, society and country as the best citizen. Keeping in mind all above mentioned purposes and the rules made by the management committee, the students and their parents will have to follow them compulsorily.
4. On particular time Prayer, Study, cleaning, meals and participation in the extracurricular activities for the wellbeing of the students is must.
5. Treat everyone with discipline and civility. Respect the dignity of others.
6. If someone falls ill, the responsible person of the institute should be informed immediately.
7. If anyone keeps money to himself/herself, responsibility will be his/her own.
8. Do not bring or wear expensive jewelry. The institution will not be responsible if lost.
9. Handle with care all the properties of the institution and the things meant to be used by the students.
10. In case of damage to anything of the institution, the student or parents will have to compensate the damage.
11. Parents have to cooperate in the development of the students and in the management of the institution by participating in the once- a- time parent’s meeting.
12. The amount determined as maintenance cost must be paid at the beginning of the course itself. If not paid, the students will be sent home.
13. The admitted students will have to complete the course. Fees will not be returned to the students who discontinue the course in-between. The students, joining the course in-between will have to pay the entire course fee.
14. Income certificate and caste certificate should be submitted at the time of admission to the institution.
15. Parents can meet the students on Sundays only from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. They can meet the students after taking permission from the authority.
16. Once the course fees and hostel fees are paid, no refunds will be given.
17. No student is allowed to do addiction in the campus. If he/she is caught, he/she will be expelled from the institution.18. A guardian should not enter the institution with addiction.
19. Any suggestion or complaint should be reported to the administrator. Corporal punishment and mental tortures to the students by the parents are not permitted in the institution.
20. Non-observance of the above rules and the following reasons will result in expelling the students from the institution which has to be noted.
A. When student goes home or runs away without the permission of the administrator.
B. Inappropriate behavior inside or outside the organization. (Fights,physical harassment etc.)
C. Theft or damage to the property of the institution.
D. Disrespectful behavior towards the manager and the staff and not obeying the elders.
21. Keeping in mind the interest of the students, parents and students will have to abide by the laws and policies made by the governing body. Things to be brought by the students entering the institution.
Clothes, footwear, shoes, washing and bathing soaps, toothbrush, toothpaste, towel, plate, bowl, cup, blanket, bed sheet, mattress, hair oil, comb etc.
